VelvetSpace conducts a rigorous quality inspection before any handover to ensure the project genuinely meets the standards committed to.
Our quality check process involves a detailed snag list inspection — a systematic room-by-room check of every element against the approved design and specification. Every defect, however minor, is recorded and assigned to the responsible team for rectification before the client walkthrough.
Only after all snags are rectified, deep cleaning is complete, and all operation and maintenance documentation is prepared, do we invite the client for the formal handover walkthrough — where we demonstrate every feature of the completed interior and hand over all warranties and documentation.

Snag List Inspection
Our project manager conducts a detailed pre-handover inspection covering carpentry finishing, paint quality, hardware operation, tiling alignment, light fitting function, electrical socket testing, plumbing pressure, and every other element of the completed project.
Rectification Before Handover
Every snag identified in the inspection is assigned a completion date and rectified by the responsible team before the client walkthrough. We believe clients should see a completed project — not a 'almost done' one.
Warranty & Documentation
At handover, you receive our 5-year workmanship warranty document, AMC schedules for maintenance items, contact details of all specialist vendors (AV, HVAC, automation), and care instructions for all surface materials.
