We work with the full range of flooring materials: Italian and Indian marble, large-format vitrified and ceramic tiles, engineered hardwood, solid wood parquet, vinyl plank (LVT), epoxy, and kota stone — specifying each material in the room where it performs best and looks most beautiful.

Our flooring teams use laser levels to ensure perfectly flat screed beds, use premium tile adhesive (not old sand-cement bedding) for consistent bond strength, and set all tiles using the correct spacer sizes for joint consistency — the hallmarks of truly professional flooring installation.

Vitrified tiles and marble handle Mumbai's humidity best. Engineered wood (not solid wood) is suitable for bedrooms. Avoid solid hardwood — it will expand and contract with Mumbai's monsoon humidity cycle.

Yes, using an overlay method with thin-bed adhesive tiles or LVT/vinyl planks. However, this raises the floor level by 10–15mm and affects door clearances. We assess the feasibility case by case.

Vitrified tiles are denser, less porous, harder, and more scratch-resistant than ceramic tiles. They're better for high-traffic areas and are available in large formats. We generally recommend vitrified tiles for all floor applications.

Indian marble (Makrana, Kota) costs ₹80–200 per sq.ft. Italian marble (Statuario, Carrara) costs ₹200–600+ per sq.ft for the stone alone, plus laying charges of ₹60–120 per sq.ft.

Flooring installation for a 2BHK (all rooms, bathrooms excluded) typically takes 7–12 days including screed preparation, tile laying, and curing. Marble takes slightly longer due to the polishing step.
