In Mumbai's dense urban landscape, a balcony is a rare and precious outdoor luxury. Whether you have a compact 40 sq.ft balcony or a sprawling villa terrace, VelvetSpace transforms neglected outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats you'll actually use every day.
We design balconies with weather-resistant WPC decking, vertical planter walls that bring lush greenery even in small spaces, comfortable outdoor seating, and warm LED lighting that makes evenings magical. Every material is chosen specifically to withstand Mumbai's humidity, monsoon rain, and salt-laden air.
Privacy is often a key concern for balcony users. We design elegant privacy solutions — perforated metal screens, bamboo screens, and vertical planter walls — that provide visual separation from neighbours while allowing air circulation and natural light.

Balcony Design Built for Mumbai's Climate
WPC Decking
Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) decking looks beautiful like natural wood but is completely resistant to moisture, termites, UV degradation, and warping — perfect for Mumbai's harsh climate without any maintenance painting.
Vertical Gardens
Vertical planter walls let you enjoy lush greenery even on a 50 sq.ft balcony. We install modular planter systems with optional drip irrigation, making them low-maintenance and beautiful year-round.
Monsoon-Ready Design
Every balcony design accounts for Mumbai's monsoon season. We ensure proper drainage slopes, use waterproof materials throughout, and select furniture that can be left outdoors during heavy rainfall.
