Our electrical work complies with IS 732 (Indian Standard for electrical installations) and is executed by licensed electricians. We use only ISI-marked wires and MCBs, and provide an electrical completion certificate upon project handover.

Load Calculation First

We begin with a load calculation — totalling the wattage of all appliances in the space — to determine the correct wire gauge for each circuit and the right MCB rating for each breaker. Under-specified wiring is a fire hazard.

Concealed Conduit System

All wiring is run through concealed PVC conduits embedded in walls and slabs. This allows any future wire replacement without breaking walls, and provides mechanical protection to the wire over decades of use.
