We design a complete plumbing plan for every project, mapping all inlet and outlet positions, specifying pipe sizes for correct flow rates, and planning drainage slopes to prevent standing water. Our plumbers are experienced in working within the constraints of apartment plumbing — coordinating with building systems and society restrictions.

We exclusively use CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) piping for hot and cold water supply — it is heat-resistant, corrosion-proof, and does not impart taste or odour to water, unlike older GI pipes. All drain pipes are UPVC with correctly sloped and vented drainage systems.

What Good Plumbing Looks Like

CPVC Piping

CPVC is our pipe of choice for all water supply lines — hot and cold. It handles temperatures up to 93°C, is rated for high water pressure, and has a 50+ year lifespan in residential applications without corrosion or scale buildup.

Drainage Slope & Venting

Drainage failures are almost always a design mistake — insufficient slope or lack of venting. We design all drain lines with the correct minimum fall (1:40 to 1:80) and ensure all soil stacks have proper venting to prevent siphonage.

Pressure Testing

Before any wall is closed over new plumbing, we conduct a mandatory pressure test — pressurising the system and checking for pressure drop over 24 hours. If it holds, the walls are closed. If it doesn't, we find and fix every leak first.
