What to Expect Before You Start

- Timeline: typical 2–3BHK turnkey interiors take about 8–14 weeks after design sign-off. 3D-only packages usually take 1–3 weeks.
- Pricing: you receive a detailed BOQ with materials, labour and design fees. Any change you ask for is documented as a variation before work proceeds.
- Billing: milestone-based, so you pay as work is completed.
- Scope options: full turnkey, design-only, or design plus supervision if you already have a contractor.
