You receive a line-item BOQ for materials, labour, and design fees. Payments follow milestones; changes are logged as variations before execution.
Yes. Photorealistic views and material boards are standard on full-service projects. Standalone 3D rendering is available too.

We give a 5-year warranty on interior work completed by VelvetSpace. If a workmanship defect appears within the warranty period, contact your project manager and we will inspect and rectify it. Hardware and appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties.
